Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern use of the AnyServ.eu platform.

§1. General provisions and definitions
- AnyServ.eu, hereinafter the “Platform” or the “Service”, is an online platform available at anyserv.eu that enables use of free digital tools, online features, generators, calculators, converters, information modules, integration features and other solutions made available by the Administrator as the Platform evolves.
- Functionality available on the Platform may cover various categories of tools intended for private, educational, informational, organisational, technical, business, health-related or other uses, in accordance with their current purpose and description on the relevant subpage.
- The Platform is operated by a natural person trading as “AnyServ”.
- The administrator of the Platform and the provider of electronic services is Mateusz Bobrowski, hereinafter the “Administrator” or the “Service Provider”. Full identification data and a correspondence address are provided upon justified request.
- The primary means of contact with the Administrator is e-mail: contact@anyserv.eu.
- These Terms of Use set out the rules for using the Platform, the rights and obligations of users and of the Administrator, and the basic principles of liability connected with use of the available functionality.
- Use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform is intended for adult users. Persons under the age of 18 may use the Platform only with the consent and under the supervision of a legal representative. Health-related functionality is not intended for persons under the age of 16.
§2. Nature and scope of the Platform
- The Platform provides users with free online functionality of an ancillary, educational, organisational, technical, informational or practical nature.
- The scope of available functionality may be expanded, modified, restricted or withdrawn by the Administrator at any time.
- The description, purpose, scope of operation and any limitations of a specific tool or feature may be provided directly on the page for that functionality.
- Unless expressly stated otherwise, functionality available on the Platform is of a strictly informational, ancillary and technical character and does not constitute medical, nutritional, financial, tax, investment, legal or any other form of professional advice or recommendation.
- Use of the Platform does not create a physician–patient, adviser–client, accountant–client, lawyer–client or any other professional advisory relationship between the user and the Administrator.
- The Platform may be financed through advertising, commercial partnerships, affiliate links or other lawful forms of monetisation.
§3. Technical requirements for use of the Platform
- Proper use of the Platform requires:
- a device with Internet access,
- an up-to-date web browser,
- enabled JavaScript, cookies and other technologies necessary for the operation of selected features.
- The Administrator uses reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Platform operates correctly, securely and as continuously as practicable, but does not warrant uninterrupted availability of all functionality.
- Some features of the Platform may operate locally in the user’s browser, while others may rely on services or data from third parties, application programming interfaces or external sources.
- The Administrator may temporarily restrict access to all or part of the Platform for technical, security, maintenance, organisational or legal reasons.
§4. Rules of use
- The user undertakes to use the Platform in compliance with applicable law, these Terms, good practice and the rights of third parties.
- The user bears responsibility for the manner in which the user uses results, content and functionality made available by the Platform.
- Where a given feature allows data entry, document generation, downloading of results, use of integrations or creation of specified materials, the user is responsible for the lawfulness, accuracy and manner of use of such data and outputs.
- The Platform shall be used solely for purposes that are lawful and consistent with the intended purpose of the relevant feature.
§5. Prohibited activities
- Use of the Platform in a manner contrary to law, these Terms or the intended purpose of the Platform is prohibited.
- In particular, the following is prohibited:
- using the Platform to commit crimes, fraud, extortion, forgery of documents or other unlawful acts,
- using generated materials in a manner that violates law or the rights of third parties,
- mass, automated or unauthorised extraction of data from the Platform,
- circumventing safeguards, disrupting the operation of the Platform or attempting unauthorised access,
- supplying malicious software, code, scripts or other harmful content,
- using the Platform in a manner that may place excessive load on technical infrastructure.
- The Administrator may restrict, suspend or block access to the Platform or part thereof if the Administrator considers that the user breaches these Terms, the law or the security of the Platform.
- Where provided for by law, the Administrator may report relevant conduct to the competent authorities.
§6. Special and sector-specific functionality
- Certain functionality of the Platform may relate to areas requiring particular caution, including health, finance, documents, calculations, technical data, external data or information dependent on third-party sources.
- In such cases, the user should each time assess whether a result or material generated by the Platform requires additional verification by an appropriate specialist or in an official source.
- Where a given feature contains its own description, disclaimer, warning, information on limitations or additional conditions, such provisions supplement these Terms.
- For health-related features, results are of an informational nature only and do not constitute diagnosis, treatment or individual health or dietary advice.
- For features concerning documents, calculations, business data, taxes, currencies, APIs, code, models, generated content or technical materials, the Administrator does not warrant fitness for the user’s particular purpose.
§7. Advertising, partnerships and affiliate links
- The Platform may contain advertisements, sponsored materials, partner links or other forms of commercial cooperation.
- Some links to external sites or services may be affiliate links, meaning that the Administrator may receive remuneration or another benefit where the user takes action after following such a link.
- The Administrator seeks to mark advertising and affiliate content in a transparent manner.
- The Administrator is not responsible for the content, operation, security, availability or terms of service of third parties.
§8. Intellectual property
- All rights in the Platform, its name, structure, code, content, layout, graphic elements, materials, databases and other components belong to the Administrator or the respective rights-holders.
- Use of the Platform does not entail acquisition by the user of any rights in those elements beyond the right to use the Platform in accordance with its purpose and these Terms.
- Copying, distribution, resale, public dissemination, modification, decompilation, reverse engineering or other use of elements of the Platform is prohibited except where expressly permitted by mandatory law.
- The user may use outputs generated by selected features solely at the user’s own risk and with due regard to the nature and limitations of the relevant feature.
§9. Liability
- The Administrator exercises due care in making the Platform available but does not warrant that every feature will at all times be available, complete, up to date, error-free or suited to the user’s individual needs.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Administrator shall not be liable for consequences of use of the Platform, including for decisions taken on the basis of results, data, materials or functionality available on the Platform.
- The Administrator shall not be liable for:
- the manner of use of results or materials generated by the Platform,
- consequences of incorrect or incomplete data entered by the user,
- interruptions in the operation of the Platform due to technical causes, failures, actions of third parties, force majeure or maintenance work,
- content, data, services, policies or conduct of third parties.
- No provision of these Terms excludes or limits the rights of a user who is a consumer to the extent that such exclusion or limitation would be impermissible under mandatory law.
§10. Personal data, cookies and related documents
- The rules for processing users’ personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy.
- The rules for cookies and similar technologies are set out in the Cookie Policy.
- Use of selected features may be subject to additional information, warnings or limitations described directly alongside those features.
§11. Changes to the Platform and the Terms
- The Administrator may develop, modify, suspend or remove selected functionality of the Platform.
- The Administrator may amend these Terms for important reasons, in particular where: the law changes; the functionality or business model of the Platform changes; or it is necessary to improve security, transparency or legal compliance of this document.
- Amended Terms will be published on the Platform together with the date of update.
- Unless applicable law requires otherwise, amendments to these Terms take effect upon publication, and continued use of the Platform after the amendments take effect constitutes acceptance of the new wording of the Terms.
§12. Governing law and disputes
- These Terms are governed by Polish law, without prejudice to mandatory provisions of the law applicable to the habitual residence of users who are consumers.
- All disputes relating to use of the Platform shall be resolved by the courts having jurisdiction in accordance with applicable law.
- A user who is a consumer may use out-of-court means of asserting claims and resolving disputes where available under applicable law.
§13. Contact
- For matters relating to the operation of the Platform, these Terms, reports of infringements or other issues concerning use of AnyServ.eu, contact with the Administrator is effected via e-mail: contact@anyserv.eu.
- Full identification data of the Administrator, including a correspondence address, are provided upon justified request.
§14. Final provisions
- If any provision of these Terms proves invalid, ineffective or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and the Administrator regarding use of the Platform, subject to documents to which these Terms expressly refer.
- These Terms enter into force on the date of their publication on the Platform.
