Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how personal data is processed when you use the AnyServ.eu online platform.
Last updated: 17 May 2026.
1. General information
- This Privacy Policy describes how personal data is processed in connection with use of the AnyServ.eu online platform. It applies to visitors, users of online features, people contacting the Controller, and anyone interacting with content, advertising, or services related to the Platform.
- The data controller is Mateusz Bobrowski, operating under the name AnyServ. You can contact the Controller at contact@anyserv.eu. Full identification details and a postal address are provided upon reasonable request.
- The Platform is available to international users; the Controller therefore aims to meet core transparency obligations under the GDPR and similar standards, including expectations for users in California and other jurisdictions.
2. Categories of data processed
The Controller may process personal data to the extent necessary to operate the Platform, ensure security, handle communication, and run individual features properly.
This may include in particular:
- IP address,
- date and time of the request,
- browser, device, operating system, and language information,
- technical data in server logs,
- activity within the Platform,
- data voluntarily provided by email or other contact channels,
- data related to granting or refusing consent for cookies and similar technologies.
As a rule, the Controller limits data to what is necessary. Many features may run locally in the browser without permanently sending content to the Controller, but this does not apply to all current and future features.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Personal data may be processed for the following purposes:
- operating the Platform and maintaining its security,
- detecting abuse, errors, attack attempts, and unauthorized traffic,
- handling enquiries sent by email,
- necessary technical, administrative, and organizational operations,
- managing privacy settings, cookies, and consents,
- pursuing or defending legal claims where applicable,
- displaying advertising or measuring ad services where permitted and based on an appropriate legal ground.
For users in the EEA, processing may rely on:
- Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR - legitimate interests including security, stability, integrity, and operation of the Platform,
- Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR - consent where required, especially for certain cookies or advertising/measurement technologies,
- Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR - steps at the user’s request or performance of an electronic service.
4. Automatically collected data
When you use the Platform, technical data may be recorded automatically, especially in server logs. Such data is typically processed by hosting and infrastructure providers and may include IP address, technical identifiers, browser and system information, and connection time.
IP addresses and log data may be personal data or enable indirect identification; their processing must be covered by this notice and an appropriate legal basis.
5. Contact with the Controller
If you contact the Controller by email, the Controller may process data in your message, including your email address, signature, message content, and other information you voluntarily provide.
Contact data is processed only to handle correspondence, answer questions, review reports, or take further action related to your message.
You should not send special categories of personal data by email, including detailed health data, unless necessary and deliberately chosen. The Platform is not intended for secure transmission of confidential medical, financial, or legal documents.
6. Tools, user input, and user responsibility
The Platform may offer tools for entering data, generating results, creating documents, calculations, visualizations, or other materials. Depending on the feature, data may be processed locally in the browser or temporarily through technical infrastructure required for the tool.
The Controller aims to keep processing proportionate to each feature; you should decide whether to enter sensitive, financial, health-related, identifying, or third-party data.
If you use tools involving other people’s data, you are responsible for having a proper legal basis to enter and use that data.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
The Platform may use cookies, local storage, technical tags, and similar technologies to run the site, remember settings, manage consents, prevent abuse, and-depending on configuration-for analytics or advertising.
Some technologies are essential and may not require consent where the law provides an exception. Others, especially analytics, advertising, or measurement cookies, may require prior consent, particularly in the European Economic Area.
Details on technologies, categories, retention, and consent management are in the Cookie Policy.
8. Advertising and third-party partners
The Platform may use third-party services including hosting, technical providers, advertising partners, measurement tools, security services, and content or API integrations. Their role depends on the current configuration.
Where ads or partner content are shown, some providers may process data under their own privacy policies. For users in the EU/EEA, such technologies should rely on an appropriate legal basis, including consent where required.
The Controller does not fully control how external sites, services, and partners process data after you leave the Platform.
9. Data retention
Personal data is kept no longer than needed for the purpose for which it was collected, unless longer retention is required by law or for defending claims.
In general:
- correspondence data is kept for the time needed to handle the matter and a reasonable archival period,
- server logs and technical data are kept for security and system administration needs,
- privacy and consent settings may be kept for compliance or while those settings apply.
Exact retention periods may change with infrastructure, feature type, and legal obligations.
10. Data recipients
Data may be disclosed to parties cooperating with the Controller only as necessary to operate the Platform, including hosting, infrastructure, email operators, security providers, advertising partners, and analytics or integration providers where used.
Data may also be disclosed to authorities where the Controller is legally obliged to do so.
11. Transfers outside the EEA
Because the internet is global and the Platform may use international providers, data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. Where required, the Controller aims to use appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
12. Your rights
Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, you may have the right to:
- access your data,
- rectify your data,
- erase your data,
- restrict processing,
- object to processing,
- data portability where applicable,
- withdraw consent at any time without affecting lawfulness of processing before withdrawal,
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
To exercise your rights, contact the Controller at contact@anyserv.eu.
13. California and other jurisdictions
If you are a California resident or live in another jurisdiction with additional privacy rights, you may have rights to know categories of data collected, sources, purposes, recipient categories, and-in some cases-to request deletion or limit certain sharing.
The scope of these rights depends on whether local law applies to the Controller and on how the Platform actually operates at the time.
14. Data security
The Controller implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, destruction, disclosure, or unlawful processing, adjusted to the nature of the Platform, risk, and available technology.
No internet transmission or electronic storage method guarantees absolute security.
15. Changes to this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated due to legal, technological, or operational changes, or changes in third-party services.
An updated version is published on the Platform with the update date.
16. Contact
For privacy matters, personal data protection, or exercising data-related rights, contact the Controller at contact@anyserv.eu.
